Motorists on the M25 are facing major delays this morning. Two out of four lanes were closed on the M25 between junctions J9 and J10 on Monday after a lorry struck a nearside barrier.
National Highways said at approximately 7.15am: "2 lanes (of 4) remain closed on the #M25 between J9 #Leatherhead & J10 #Guildford following a HGV striking the nearside barrier. Recovery are now working to clear the scene. There are currently delays of 50 minutes and 5 miles of congestion on the approach." Elsewhere, the M25 was also partially closed anti-clockwise between J27 and 26 due to a broken down recovery truck.
