A light aircraft crashed upon landing at an airport in Cornwall. Police officers were called to Land’s End Airport, St Just, late this morning to a report of a plane crash.
The plane, believed to have been travelling from Devon, had two occupants on board. The Air Accident Investigation Branch has been informed, said Devon and Cornwall Police. The airport is located about eight miles south of Penzance, a beloved seaside town.
