M25 drivers are facing morning rush hour traffic chaos, with a warning of 75 minute delays and 11 miles of congestion. Lanes 1, 2 and 3, (of 4) are closed anticlockwise at Waltham Abbey between junction 26 and junction 25.
National Highways East wrote on X: "Lanes 1,2 and 3 (of 4) remain closed on the #M25 anticlockwise at #WalthamAbbey between J26 and J25 for emergency resurfacing. Works are expected to be completed later in the morning. Delays are building, currently with 75 minutes on the approach, and 11 miles of congestion."
