Taylor Swift is reportedly set to get married to Travis Kelce today - and Prince William has been quizzed about whether he will attend the wedding. Prince William appeared on Heart Radio in May where he teased an invite to the high-profile wedding. The Prince of Wales spoke to Jamie Theakston about his children's love for Taylor, whom they all met after one of her London Era’s tour shows in June 2024.

The future King dropped a hint that he might be invited to the wedding, one of the most anticipated events on the celebrity calendar. While on Heart Radio, host Jamie Theakston asked Prince William what song he'd like to hear, and he responded: “How about some Taylor Swift? Charlotte, my daughter, and Louis are fans. Charlotte, particularly, is obsessed with Taylor Swift. She saw her in the Eras Tour, it was amazing. We did meet her!”

Jamie then cued up Opalite and said: “This is for Charlotte, we know she's listening,” as the song played. It ended, and the presenter asked the royal: “We believe there is a big wedding happening this summer. Have you received your invite?”

William replied: “No comment. I am hoping, and I am sure that there might be an invitation around. Will see.”

But this is not the only time the prince has shown his connections to the superstar couple.

Prince William has been announced as the special guest on Travis Kelce's podcast today, with the episode set to be released just hours before the duo marry.

A teaser for the NFL star's latest New Heights episode, his brother Jason Kelce, said: "Our guest today is the six-foot-three Prince from London, England.

"That's right, the President of the English Football Association, the Vice-Royal Patron of the Welsh Rugby Union, the Duke of Cambridge, the Duke of Cornwall, the Lord of the Isles, Prince and Great Steward of Scotland, Earl of Chester and the Prince of Wales, please welcome his Royal Highness, Prince William!"
