Prince Edward had the honour of presenting his daughter with her Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award at a special ceremony at the Palace of Holyrood House today. The special moment comes just a day after Lady Louise celebrated her graduation with a degree in English and International Relations from St Andrews University.
The 22-year-old was among hundreds of other remarkable young people at a special celebration at the Palace of Holyroodhouse.
It’s particularly special that Louise has accomplished this in the 70th anniversary year of the Award founded by her late grandfather. This year also marks 40 years of Prince Edward’s involvement in championing the Award and its benefits in empowering young people to reach their full potential.
