Former One Direction star Harry Styles fans have expressed dismay over ticket pricing. The musician today released the initial wave of pre-sale tickets for his forthcoming six performances. The announcement follows just days after the 31-year-old revealed his touring plans for next year. However, whilst supporters are accustomed to Styles performing across multiple cities within one country, his Together, Together tour represents a significant departure.
Rather than a traditional tour, the Aperture singer will perform a limited number of concerts in a single city as part of a residency format. This encompasses six performances at Wembley, with speculation suggesting two further dates may be added to his schedule. He'll also stage 30 shows at Madison Square Garden in New York City. However, as 11am UK time arrived, the pre-sale for Harry's 12 and 13 June dates at Wembley commenced. Fans were definitely not impressed.
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one wrote: "Prices these year are insane, u dont care about any of your fans, just the money, I am so disappointed I love u so much but I cant let these pass, u have the power to decide the prices on your tickets and u are charging + than 150£ and not even going to every city @Harry_Styles.
"Not even trying for Harry in London, what the hell are these prices? I'm speechless," fumed a second. Prices have since been revealed: Disco Standing is £279.45, the Together Package is £725.45 and the Kiss package is £468.45, Meanwhile, VIP packages range from £333.45 to £725.45.
Meanwhile, front general admission standing is priced at £198.95. Tickets for the tour had been priced by the event organiser, ranging from £44.10 to £466.25.
Meanwhile, pre-sale for Harry's dates on June 17 and 19 are set to go live at 2pm today, with the sale for June 20 and 23, going live at 11am on Tuesday. Last week, Styles, who was last on stage in 2023, announced his long-awaited return whilst celebrating the news of his forthcoming album, Kiss All The Time, Disco, Occasionally.
As part of his residency tour, he'll be visiting Amsterdam, London, São Paulo, Mexico City, New York, Melbourne, and Sydney from May through December. And he's lined up some impressive guests to join him throughout the tour.
These include Shania Twain, Roby, Jamie xx, Skye Newman, Fcukers, Jorja Smith and Fousheé.
His fourth solo album is slated for release on March 6, and currently, a limited edition vinyl and CD, exclusive merchandise and box sets are available for pre-order via Harry's website. For the record, Styles has been collaborating with longtime producer Kid Harpoon on the 12-track album.
