Katie Price has delivered a touching update concerning her son, Harvey, following recent worries surrounding his well-being. Earlier this month, reports emerged that Harvey's weight had regrettably climbed to nearly 30 stone. Harvey, who is set to relocate to a new residence close to Katie, has been diagnosed with multiple health conditions, including Prader-Willi syndrome, a genetic disorder characterised by insatiable hunger and a sluggish metabolism. The former glamour model revealed on The Katie Price Show podcast that Harvey would be on the "verge of a heart attack" if he continued to gain weight, describing it as a "massive worry for me at the moment". It appears the mother-of-five has been finding things challenging and "in need of a break", as she recently travelled to Dubai to spend quality time with her husband, businessman Lee Andrews.

Before this, Katie spent four weeks caring for Harvey, whose father is football coach and former professional footballer Dwight Yorke.

Speaking in today's episode of her podcast (April 30), Katie provided an update from Dubai about a recent visit to see her mum on the Isle of Wight, and how a day out with Harvey can be "full on".

Katie said: "Aw, my God. I've had a week, right, off. So I've obviously had Harvey, and I need a break. So I've had him four weeks and now I've flown out to see hubby. And I haven't seen him for four weeks, so that's good. So, I done lots of things with Harv, but this week, I took Harvey back just for three days, just so I could go to the Isle of Wight on my own to see Mum."

She continued: "Cos, obviously, you had a day out with me with Harv, and it's constant. I took him to TK Maxx. I just can't. He's just full on, isn't he? 'How long? How long? How...' So I thought, 'Look, Mum's come out of hospital. I'm gonna go and see her, so she's got my undivided attention'."

Harvey, who lives in supported accommodation, "hates where he is", according to Katie. Having spoken out previously, she explained how her son "didn't want to go back" following a two-week stay with her. She told the podcast in March: "I got Harvey the day I landed and had him for two weeks. He went back today with a big struggle because he didn't want to go back."

Katie went on to describe how Harvey "didn't want to get out of the car", revealing: "I've got three wet mattresses, a smashed window glass because Ben took him out and Harv didn't want to get out of the car. [He] found one of my perfume bottles in the car and decided to smash the windowscreen (sic) with it."

Back in January, Katie unveiled her intentions to put Harvey on Mounjaro and sign him up to a gym, appearing in a video outlining her goal to get him "very, very healthy". Her comments featured in a YouTube video on her channel, in which Katie is seen chatting with her son about his weight. Perched on his bed, Katie remarked, "What we're gonna do this year is get very, very healthy so you can get on those rollercoasters for your birthday."

Harvey responded by requesting a trip on the Grand National rollercoaster in Blackpool, to which she replied: "Oh you wanna go on that one? That's easier than America to get to. Well we can do that." The pair subsequently sealed the deal with a pinky promise, with Katie encouraging him: "Healthy eating" — before acknowledging that he says this "every year".
