The M4 has been closed near Swansea after a huge crash.

A spokesperson for South Wales Police said: "We are at the scene of a collision on the M4. The road is currently closed westbound only between Junction 41 Baglan and Junction 42 Swansea/Fabian Way. It is expected to remain closed for some time.

"Motorists are advised to avoid the area and use alternative routes where possible. Delays are expected in the area."
