Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Archewell brand is understood to be in jeopardy as the organisation prepares to lose one of its longest-serving staffers. James Holt announced on Monday that he was leaving his role as chief of Archewell Philanthropies.
According to reports in Page Six, Archewell Philanthropies has currently been reduced to staffing of only Holt and one other person following cost-cutting measures, with rumours of a possible sale of the foundation being discussed. One source told the outlet that the couple's failure to obtain a renewal for Meghan’s Netflix show, With Love, could plunge the Sussexes’ organisation into further peril. They added: “If Meghan’s Netflix show isn’t picked up for another season then what happens to their staff?” The Express has contacted representatives for the Sussexes for comment.
