
A man and woman in their 30s have been killed following a horror crash involving three vehicles near the village of Pembury in Kent. The collision occurred at around 6.40pm last night (December 20) on the A228 Pembury Northern Bypass, close to the junction for Old Church Road.
Kent Police said the collision involved a black Triumph motorcycle and a light-coloured Jaguar car, which were both travelling towards Tunbridge Wells, and a silver Ford van heading in the opposite direction. Emergency services rushed to the scene, but tragically, the rider of the motorcycle, a man aged in his 30s, and his passenger, a woman also in her 30s, were both confirmed dead at the scene. Their next of kin have been informed.
Kent Police said: "Enquiries are being led by the Serious Collision Investigation Unit and officers are appealing for witnesses to contact them.
"Drivers are urged to check dashcam devices for any footage that may show the vehicles involved in the moments leading up to the collision.
